The Butler County Passport is a tool designed to encourage and assist Butler County residents to get out and about and see the wide variety of attractions in their county.
I. How does the Butler County Passport work?

- Residents may receive their passports at selected locations: PNC Bank branches throughout Butler County, the Butler County Visitors Bureau, Hamilton Convention & Visitors Bureau, and Oxford Visitors & Convention Bureau offices.

- Passports will be given a sticker at participating attractions

- The participating attractions will be divided into communities, each represented by a different sticker color

- Passport participants will be entered into a grand prize drawing
II. How long is the passport program?

- Passports will be available beginning Saturday, May 10, the official kick-off to National Tourism Week

- All passports must be received at the BCVB office no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, June 20, the first official day of summer
III. What are the rules and regulations?

- Only 1 passport per household is eligible for the grand prize drawing
- Must be 18 years old to participate
- Must have at least 8 attraction stickers total in order to qualify for the grand prize drawing
- 4 out of the 5 Butler County communities (Fairfield, Hamilton, Middletown, Oxford, and West Chester) must be represented with 2 stickers from each community
- Passports must be received at the BCVB office (by mail or in person) no later than 5 p.m. on June 20 in order to qualify for the grand prize drawing.
IV. When will the grand prize winner be announced?

- The grand prize drawing will be announce on Tuesday, June 24 at a location to be determined
